Tried the drivers the other night, BSOD as soon as I started playing any game. Took about 20 minutes of uninstalling, rebooting, downloading, performing a clean install, rebooting, etc to get my machine running again. I recommend staying away from the drivers unless you have a need for them.

My Build:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Intel core i7 Quad
Zotac Nvidia Gtx 560 ti
10gbs DDR 3
1tb Seagate Hard Drive
Asus Sabertooth x58 Motherboard

Present Nvidia Drivers: Version 301.42
