Depends if you made the picture, or just want to paste here something from the internet.

If it's the latter, just right click on it, select "copy the URL" and then Ctrl-V between [img] and [/*mg] or just paste it into the bracket opened by the "image" button underneath the smiley one.

If it's the former, you need to find a site for that (imageshack, for example), go through the process of uploading and it should give you the URL among other adressess, then it's officially part of the internet and you can continue the same way as before.

This made me think... how many PPCs could I fit on an Awesome? The answer: 8, with 10 double heat sinks, speed of 3/5, and 8 tons of armor... using an XL engine.

Standard Engine, came to 9 PPCs with 10 single heat sinks, speed of 1/2, and 2.5 tons of armor.

Just sayin....

thats why you fire them 2-3 at a time so you have time to cool down between shots

Just for clarification...

I am not suggesting anyone actually build this Awesome (or generic 80 ton mech, actually). In Tabletop, it would be a one hit wonder. Fire once, wait at least 6 rounds to deheat enough to MAYBE restart the engine.

I was just curious how many you could actually shove into an 80 ton husk. Ironically, the crit spaces became a huge issue. (though I left both lower arms and hands... now I should build it as a flipper, so it can fire backwards.)

Still ended up with 9 total PPCs. But it frees up the crit space for Endo-Steel and allows the heat sinks to go up to 13! With 3.5 tons of armor....

Glass Cannon anyone?


Just for note, an IS 100, can support 11 PPCs, with 13 heat sinks....

A CLAN 100 could support 14 ER PPCs, with 13 single heat sinks, 1 ton of Ferro Fibrous armor and Endo Steel... producing 210 heat (standing still) and be overheated for 16 rounds.... but that is 210 damage in an alpha.
