That is what you get when you right click and copy image URL. Quickmeme protects against hotlinking by stretching a 1 pixel blank white pixel across the surface of its images.

To make whatever you posted work, take the 'tiny link', add a i. after http://, and add a .jpg at the end, and it'll show up.

For example, if it's http://qkme.me/Iliekmudkipz

Then the image is http://i.qkme.me/iliekmudkipz.jpg.
