I'll see you guys next patch. This iteration is definitely broken, it's been 7 games now with various graphical setting tweaks and I'm still having FPS variations from 9 to 75. If it was consistently 9 it might not even be so bad - I can at least guess where the enemy is and where I'm aiming between frames. But variation, that completely throws off any aiming or compensation.
