is funny because atlas is not of Steiner design is produced more by draconis combine than the Lyrans... okay so since steiner and davion are currently the federated commonwealth they have as many plants making it as the dracs do.... the atlas itself being designed by kerensky right before he left... its really not at all the providence of any one house.. the Zeus on the other hand is a completely steiner made mech even though its been produced enough to filter to the other houses.
