So if you cant "pay to win" will you be banning anyone who can afford a good rig with low ping and high FPS? Its the same principal right? the whole anti pay to play movement smacks of some weird electronic communism where we are all suppose to be equal.

Paying to play is different to paying to win.
WOW is pay to play - you pay a monthly fee for account access and maintainence, but gain no additional benefit beyond this.
Purchasable content that exists solely to give an otherwise unfair advantage to the purchaser (ie - uber PPC of Mega death ownage PLUS OVER NINE THOUSAND) is pay to win. IE: High tier purchasable tanks in World of Tanks.

That is pure nonsense and probably a troll post as well. One is being able to buy in-game advantages from the developer, the other is buying a better PC for yourself which has nothing to do with the game much less the developer.
Oh and for the record, we are all equal at a base level..its your effort (in this case, in the game) that either does, or does not set you apart from everybody else..Effort != RL Currency expenditure..you play a game on the same terms as everybody else, and if you're good at it, guess what you get ahead.
