I'd take the Hoplite of the three.

There's only 1 55 ton mech I would ever pilot (I dont like mediums) and I doubt it will be implemented simply because it would be too dominate.

Seriously though, i have always like 55 ton mechs aside from kintaro,hoplite and dervish. We need a nimble 55 tonner....they are good blend of speed firepower and toughness.

I have to go Dervish here. The Kintaro's nice, but it's another Trenchbucket here. The Hoplite is a little too uncommon, but the Dervish gives me 55 tonner + jump jets....a more mobile Catapult that doesn't lose all it's firepower as easily.

And the -7D is a nice upgrade, though people will likely ditch the starting ferro armor for an XL.

Hoplite is the only mech that actually adds something new with ballistics+missiles. Kintaro and Dervish are just upgrades to the 50 ton energy+missile mechs. Why would you use a Trebuchet when the Dervish can do the same, but with more tonnage?

I would go for Hoplite just because the other two sound like other medium mechs already in the game, which I can already pilot.
