Yes.. media sites are picking up on the signal.

Someone needs to go smack IGNs "writer".

As said before on FB, yah. well... Titan - Atlas.... who cares besides us socutpilots, eh? ^^
Nonetheless, besides the little fault, the article is a good read imo.
Take care.

Yeah, they screwed it up once with the trailer for MW:O a multiplatform game, now they call Atlas a "recognisable heavy Titan mech" and set the closed beta on winter. ;)

They give more mis-information than you do, Paul. And they even take money for it. B)

Yah, that's why I like Paul so much: he does it for free and/or only for his personal pleasure! ;)

No matter how little they actually know about the franchise... the media have only good things to say about MWO! And that's what really matters. They tasted blood, they'll continue to cover the development of MWO and this will hopefully result in lots and lots of new players until launch.

wow, just wow, these screenshots make me wonder if they've been working on this longer than just last november.

Unfortunately, from these last few interviews, it looks like maybe the game WONT be available to launch summer of 2012 :P, they keep talking about beta in mid 2012 or late 2012.

If they do open beta for two months June and July, August and early September are still considered summer. Fall starts what, Sept 22nd?

I'm not really sure where they got "late 2012 beta" from.

Today, more than any other, I can smile, assured that a fave franchise of mine will come back from the dead in a form I'm sure to like.
The positive media reviews don't hurt either.
Can't wait for Beta feedback forms. :P

i'm not sure, but can be both names "Titan" and "Atlas" correct - one used in IS, and another among Clans

The Titan and the Atlas are two entirely differant InnerSphere assault 'Mechs.
