Marauder
Warhammer
King Crab
I heard that copyrights could be a problem for the first two mechs. Don't know what's wrong with the crab but it is one of the few mechs that never got into a mechwarrior game. Despite it is one of the best looking mechs imo.

- additional mech bays and camo patterns / colors (already implemented)
- balanced hero mechs (already implemented)
- custom insignia on my mech
- an EU-Server founders package
- other cool stuff to customize my mech / my pilot
- anything that impacts gameplay
I will stop paying real money for anything if:
- something that can be only bought with MC gives players a noticeable advantage in matches

Also Hero mechs should come with their own mech bay and not be sellable.
I really enjoy the game and I am happy to put money down again, but the costs are just way to high and the content is way to thin. If pgi want to make more money they need a lot more content and they need to lower the MC costs as well as increase the cbills cost. It makes little sense for me to shell out reall money to buy a mech when I can afford it in Cbills after a night or two of playing with mates online.

Could also consider a Mech XP Disabler permanent item, something like that was done in another MMO I play because people wanted to do stuff without gaining XP. Such an item would allow play of Mastered Mechs without watching all that Mech XP pile up that you do not have the money to convert into GXP.

give it a machine gun, those are harmless.
actually i think this might make a good MC only consumable as long as the kept the price very low (5-25MC). <-the original version not the one with the machine gun.

There are thousands of artwork pieces that we could put on mechs. Look at Warhammer 40k for detail ideas. Someone posted a link about pirate mechs that showed some cool decoration for mechs. Howling wolf heads on the end of the Timber Wolfs arms, lasers shooting out of their open mouths? Garunteed MC purchase. Spiked knuckles for my Atlas, bring it on.
Random box of goodies for MC purchase is not a bad idea either. Call it a salvage haul, make it reasonably priced, and only avail to MC purchases. (Salvage = Random box of goodies.)
Hell spice it up, and say you can buy salvage rights for a set number of matches for MC. After each match you get a random haul of salvage from mechs that went down in those matches. Higher tear purchases might even get you a rare chance for a mech!
There are also a wide range of modules you can create. Have an up armor module that allows 10% more armor, focused lenses that gives lasers slightly more range, charged coils for slightly faster recycle times, machined joints for faster speed, **** my ride for an additional heat sink in the engine, etc...

I will pay for MOAR MECHS.
I will buy MOAR MECHBAYS for said MOAR MECHS.
I would buy equipment with MC (so long as MC and CBills buy the same things.)
I will NOT buy "single use items" for real cash. Period.

- Mech Bays
- Premium Mechs (Every once and a while)
- Maybe some EXP to GXP conversion depending on the module
- Some cosmetic stuff like mech paint

Hero mechs - Great!
Paint - Great!
Decals - Great!
Cockpit items, Eh... Only I/Spectators cant seem them, on a vanity item scale it doesnt rate anywhere near paint/decals.

1. More visual customization like shown in this picture for a CTF:
Would be worth like 750-1000 MC for me.
2. Moving hardpoints over a mech. For instance if i modified my CTF like in the above picture for me it would be worth an additional 250-750 MC to move hardpoints around.
3. Removing/adding hand and/or lower arm actuators. Would be worth 250MC for removing/adding hand activator and also 400-500 MC per lower arm actuator. This option should also be available at a high C-Bill cost (6-10 Mio.).

Rent-A-Mech: Try before you buy or just try something new because it's fun to change things up! 50 MC to see what it's like to run around in a Stalker to see if I'd rather own that than an Awesome. You could probably charge double to try out a clan mech. I don't play much, but I've dropped tons of quarters into arcade machines, so why not like this to freshen things up?
Scenario of the Month: This could be premium only if not enough people were paying for premium. Basically, there would be a map for the month, premium players could play it, and the top 10% of single game match scores for the month could earn a forum badge or cockpit doo-hickey. The scenario of the month could be a pre-generated map with pre-generated mechs. IE: the developers pick the mechs on both sides so it's easier to balance and you can do fun things that would not happen in the community otherwise. Players could be assigned mechs randomly when loading. There could be recreation of 4th succession war or historical battles, 4 clans vs 8 IS, or maybe a Santa's Elves showdown (all JJ mechs team Kris (Red) and team Kringle (Green) bouncing around in low gravity). Basically, it'd be something fun and out of the ordinary, you could win a prize, the MWO people get some cash, and it doesn't ruin the basic vanilla game.
Releasing a map a month could be tough, so maybe it could be something as simple as taking a known map, sticking one team in teh middle and letting the other team surround them (pincer action/defend the base or something like that). The mechs picked by the staff could make it fair or not.
Access to Restricted Game Types: Premium players could try different map modes with restricted equipment: Flanking action (no top speeds under X amount or no assaults), Succession wars tech (no level II tech), Duels (1 on 1), the Grand Melee (would be awesome!) etc.
Modified Sounds: I'd pay to hear John Cleese tell me my heat level is critical. You know, like the voices on a GPS unit. Click the voice from a dropdown before the battle starts. You could do historical, someone could scream in Chinese if you're Liao, etc. Also, in Counter-Strike you can hit a few buttons to spout something random to your teammates (Cover me!). It'd be neat if you could do this in MWO and maybe you could apply modified sounds there. People who are complaining about some base sounds in their mechs could maybe download a 50s sci fi sound scheme or something heavily industrial. I'm okay with the sound effects as is.
Unit Insignias: Instead of just camos, maybe you could buy famous unit insignias to post on your shoulder. Want to be part of the 12th ghost? Pony up some MC and it's on your mech!

Even Dog Tags with your name and clan/mech type.
I've always been a huge fan of the mechwarrior universe so anything that I could put on my computer desk or wear would be great.

I pay monthly for XP to GXP exchanges and Hanger buys.
Though they write they would not I would pay for this:
- Solaris Arean contest and special items/ Mech-Mods
(rares like ER PPC with 8 Heat or LPP with 800 m or such crap after wins in Solaris and Mech-Mods not allowed else like Atlas with 4 Balistic-HP) This natuerally after also investing a lot of XP, GXP, CB and MC on specials

If you don't know what this is it's like this:
The balls basically transfer momentum and swing backwards and forwards. This would be extra cool in a mech because of the way it could potentially be going perpetually.
