Gotta go with Rifleman. Even though it was kinda goofy with it's stock set up (should have been 4 autocannons or 4 large lasers, not two of each), I still loved it.

just 15 tons, but with 240 to 340 km/h probably the fastest mech out there Equip it with a TAG, get some Catapults in position and start the hunt
but i think, the maps might get too small for that kind of speed xD
