I believed you, but while in all practical senses you are right, in actuality you are wrong:

20 Tons
Engine: 40XL .5 ton .5 total
IS: endosteel 1 ton 1.5 total
XL gyro .5 ton 2 total
Small cockpit 2 tons 4 total.
no armor
Gauss rifle 15 tons 19 total
ammo for Gauss 1 ton 20 total

it is doable, but not in any way advisable. speed of the urbanmech, it gets 8 shots, and can't take a single hit. Not to mention a host of other quirks from using all compact equipment. . .
