This is about as bad as the guy who came to our website and posted, (Paraphrasing) "I'm awesome and I can follow directions, now bow before me and let me give you the honor of playing with me."

True story.
....
He didn't make the cut.

It was like this:
"Take me, I am awesome and can follow instructions."
"Oh yea? Then follow instructions, I'm not normally this nice, but I am giving you a second chance." This was meaning: do the recruitment application.
"You guys are missing out. I'm an amazing pilot, and I have even bothered to offer you my presence."
"Alright then, *massive verbal berating that is far too colorful for the audiences of this site*."
"You're missing out!"
"lolno."

It was pretty astounding.

Really...It took me about four minutes of my time to complete the steps. And I've had hours and hours of fun since. Just follow directions. Go check it out.

Almost forgot my manners....SpiralRazor, thank you for posting and bumping our thread for us.

Ok, Ok, for those of you that think its SO hard to join us, I say this to you. I apologize that we require you to use your brain. I know for some its hurts more then others to read and follow 4 simple step of which we provide you links for eberything. We have our ways for a reason for what we do. We are not here to give you a great team. Each one of us wants to be a part of something bigger and better. A more organized way of teamwork to ensure victory. If you think it takes you longer to join our company then it does to make a sandwhich, then dont bother us. As you can see we have many people that are able to read and follow simple basic instructions that even my dog followed and is now a member of BWC. As far as trying to troll us about it with a big long text post, all I can say is your argument works against you there guy. Please see one of my previous posts about hooked-on-phonics and order your copy today.

REALLY? THIS IS TOO HARD? LMAO. GOOD LUCK IN LIFE, AND EXTRA CHEESE ON MY BUGER THEIR CHIEF. MAYBE IN 10 YEARS YOU WILL MAKE SHIFT MANAGER.

TL/DR VERSION:

Recruitment into BWC will require a small amount of commitment on the part of potential recruits:
1) Players must post a recruitment application on the BWC forums using the application template on the forums.
2) Players will be required to read and /sign the SOP (our charter), provided they wish to continue the recruitment process.
3) We require members to sign up on the BWC Operations Server and place their FruitSalad signature banner in their forum profile (BWC forums only).
4) Playing whilst on Teamspeak3 is required.

I had a couple of questions about BWC...

1: What is your current number of "Pilots" for MWO that you have?
2: Is there a number of pilots you are looking to get to or will you be closing down recruiting soon?
3: How long does it normally take to get a confirmation email sent to get onto your forums?

Thank you for your help.

I'm honestly not trying to be a jerk about this, please don't take it that way. We don't discuss numbers. Let's just say we have more than one.

Our infrastructure can support as many pilots as we need to support. All are welcome, and we don't place restrictions on membership capacity. If we have a lance, we have a lance. If we have three regiments, we have three regiments.

Usually instantaneous - although on occasion we have a website hiccup and some registrations may take longer. We're working through that issue with our host. We're not sure why it does it. If you register on the BWC forums, let us know here so we can check. Also, check your bulk/spam/junk folder - sometimes they end up there.

That would be awesome I think. We'd be BWD, D for Division, it's quite badass :)

So, I've been asked by two people, "what does military-style, veteran owned mean?"

Simply put, it means that the outfit is operated in a traditional military format, with a proper chain of command, organized squads that make up platoons that all contribute by fulfilling their designated role in an organized and group effort to accomplish the given task at hand. Veteran owned means that this is all made possible by having REAL military professionals at the head of our organization. Not some kid that was rejected by the Marines because he was mentally unstable; not some fat couch-potato gaming nerd who hasn't been outside in 6 months.

A fair number of our members are former, or current military, so they know how to operate in a military manner. Don't get me wrong though, that doesn't mean we are all a bunch of up-tight, hard-nosed drill sergeants. We have fun just like the rest of you, we just do it with more style and precision.

If you want to be a part of a squared away unit that is capable of laying down fire like no other, than this is the place you want to be!

BRAVO WHISKEY CHARLIE
