Our military organization was the easiest set up for a large organization. We have rank, and chain of command, but we don't fly off the handle with internet rank. We're all people who enjoy a game. I'm active duty in real life, so if I had the "Yes Sir, No Sir, Three Bags Full, Sir" in my hobby, I wouldn't have joined. I can tell you as a military member, it's enough organization and discipline to get the job done, slathered with camaraderie, fellowship and fun.

That's one of the things I love about the BWC. When something needs doing, it gets done quick. And seeing as the people who volunteer for the higher ranks want to be there, they're more than happy to do it.

During drops the coms are locked tight, tactical SOPs are executed, and every pilot contributes, with victory the typical result. For as much as I love that, though, my favorite part is what comes after. After the drop, immediately after the drop, everyone relaxes, banter is tossed around, and pilots start hashing over what went right, what went wrong, and how to do better next time. That sense of camaraderie and a willingness to tinker, to try, to always improve, that’s what I love about BWC.

Got computer trouble? Chances are someone has that part you need, or the technical know how to walk you through it.
Got a question about cars? Someone will be there to talk about them with you.
Got a question about beards/bears/beers? We have threads for all of those things.
Awesome community here at BWC!
