Nothing has changed and sorry about the confusion. I had a battle buddy named Lucky who was supposed to come on and fill in the rest of the joke but he has left me high and dry so it seems. It is possible to hit Ssgt at 23 or even 22. Anyways, did all I could from work. I'll have to get back with someone mon-wed approx 1400-0900 TTZ hrs.

My cousin might be interested, perhaps we can get both of us sorted on that day.
