You can try some other than hyperglides, as long as its teflon and not plastic. Ebay has some for naga, I don't know if or what difference it would make vs hyperglides.


How'd you get the sig, I've been around longer and even asked for one... Maybe they're just ashamed of me like a redheaded chubby chick in public? If thats how it is, I can totally understand.

Keep dreaming Dustmuffins. It looks like MWO is going to force us to join one of the 4 Clans they have listed if we want to play a Clan just like the houses. Other wise it looks like they are going to treat us like we are just a Merc Corp. Sad really.

So if they won't let us join our corresponding faction since it isn't going to be in game... what would their logic be behind not letting us keep our names? Just doesn't make sense for them to force us to change if they never intend on using the smaller factions anyway.

And seeing as they have now moved the major player based Clan recruitment to the top of their corresponding faction forum, does that show they are becoming a bit more relaxed on the canon names? Time will tell

I Don't know Chunkylad, its hard to try to read where they are going with this since every time they speak about it they change their minds. I would hope that they will let us run our own Clans just as IS players can run their own Merc Units. I picked a non-cannon name for my Clan just to cover all my bases.

They will probably let you run a unit with in a Clan, but not the clan its self, just like players cant run the Houses. 'The Clans' are on the same sort of level. Im sure there will be a Clan equivalent of a merc corp.

Things could change (but doubtful) but no one will be able to lay claimed to BT/MW canon names.

I would not worry about any of this until CW is unveiled. Only once the implementation of CW occurs (with factions, units, etc) will we all know for certain how PGI intends to handle things. CSA is in the same boat. Waiting to see if we'll be allowed to rep a unit within our preferred Clan or not, but in the meantime we identify as CSA for simplicity's sake (as well as for our "game heritage").

There were plenty of Snow Ravens operating within the Falcon invasion force both in fleet capacity and some entire units that were absorbed intact during the Harvest trials and the Ravens and Bears had pretty friendly dealings so plenty of opportunity to slip in some CSR (and other Clan) themed clusters. We will all just have to wait and see how CW is implemented and how we can work our Clans into the system.

EDIT: Love the idea of a Hall of Rage, too bad a sizable chunk of the MWO forums could qualify for inclusion. Also like the Shadow Raven symbol.
