Hello!.

Perhaps it's because i'm one of the old guards, but i think that the game will improve if you can put a litle more "inside" on the Babtletech universe.

I know that it's no posible to make a single player campaing, but perhaps it's posible to make some other things.

For example, you can put a little briefing mision at the enter of the misions, something like your orders from the comander, and situating the battle in a specifical planet. There are other games of mechas, but if i'm fighting for the control of the Spaceport of Proserpina, or mi orders are to destroy the ofices of commstar in Kentares (even if this seemed just a square grey building ) , there is no doubt, this it's mechwarrior.

I don't know if it's tecnically posible, but i think it's a good idea to create a map of the inner sphere, and on this maps put the worlds in conflict and the factions that fight on these world (on the frontiers betwen sucessor states, and perhaps even in the perifery). then you select a worl to combat, and you can show the stadistics of the battles won and lost for every faction. Every month you can even declare that these world has changed to other faction, and begining in another world.

Perhaps you can make even minor changes between diferent worlds, like a litle diferences betwen the eficiency of the heat sinks, because diferences of temperature between worlds, or maps of some worlds are always night and other always day for the diferent rotation or........

There it's thousand of worlds in the inner sphere, so there will be no changes to the oficial histoy, and you give the people the felling that they are really fighting for something on a long place, and not only passing the time. The people that don't want to know nothing about this and only go and fight, could be just mercenarys.

Have you read any of what the Devs are planning for the game or just making suggestions... honestly, read the Mandatory Read Pinned threads... some great information to be had and lots of questions answered as well...

The Pinned tread of this forum speak only about game modes. I understand that "game modes" its about tactical combat scenes (king of the hill, for example),and this its a sugestion about the global strategic game, the introduction scenes of tactical combat, etc, but if i made a mistake, sorry. I admit that i haven't read ALL the tread because it's huge.
