I am debating on which mechs to buy. Centurion AL vs hunchback 4J. Also is the catapult K2 even worth buying? It seems fun, but is it competitive? If not I will probably get the Atlas D or D-DC. Thank you for your help deciding.

The K2 was one of the most competitive mechs in the game due to being the only chassis that can mount two gauss rifles. With the recent ballistic buffs the Gauss has some healthy competition, but the K2 is still a solid mech for ranged combat.
Try to think about what weapons you want to load, and what role you want to fill on the battlefield. Do you want to brawl? do you want to shoot at 500+ meters away? What's your plan?
