Oh by the way, you can now change your profile faction again. I used to want to fight for the Draconis Combine when I first created this account (so it was a Dragon for some time), but that was before I met you guys.
...
I love you guys too much to think about fighting for the Combine instead of for Gensokyo now. So, I'm officially changing my faction to Merc Corp.
Also, changing my profile Location to match.
And my whole freaking profile description.
...did I mention I love you guys?
So I decided to revisit Touhou Tenkai instead of writing a new song today. I've reworked some parts, added in one new song (Shanghai Teahouse - Chinese Tea), and did some mixing adjustments, so on the whole the entire song is much, much louder than it used to be. Previously, the loudest part of the song was the nuclear siren; now, as it should be, the loudest part of the song is the finale.
This also means that by matching it properly, the level of mixing on this version is now exactly equal to that of a commercial track. Technically, this is saleable. If I ever sell CDs, this will be one of the tracks in it for sure. And if I die early, this song will be my requiem, I like it that much.
Uploading Touhou Tenkai - Kanpeki to SoundCloud now, I'll link it when done. After this, I won't touch this song anymore, and I'll write the next one.
... I hope.
It's so hard to stop trying to improve a track that you really like, but if you never stop trying to improve a track, you'll never start a new one. That's one of the pains of the electronic artist.

Steam takes a modest amount of system resources, but MWO needs as much as it can get. Would make it easier to notice who just got on. [Steam ID: highwayMobilizer]
Can't decide what faction to have. Steiner makes my favorite mechs (and own Solaris), Mercs work for anyone they want, and Clan Diamond Shark is "Capitalism Ho!". Will probably wait for faction bonuses to be put in to decide.

Still needs moar musak from IN. But I'm totally biased, so take that as you will. Great mix though. GJ.
Steam does take up a fair chunk of system resources, but I like to think it's less overall than if you had 3+ seperate programs running to do the same things it does. I suppose just running C3 is the better route for those of you without resources to spare, though.
I'm also not completely sure what faction to go with... Very partial to FedSuns for a number of reasons, to include the autocannon love, and their preferred mix of forces. Good combat doctrine. And, well, they're also perhaps the closest thing there is to an honorable, 'good guy' faction in the IS. Speaking relatively, of course, because damn-near everyone in the Inner Sphere is a dirty *******. That aside, I am pondering Merc as well if Gensokyo goes incorporated. Could always just be a Merc with a Davion bias. :3

We have about half a year to decide what will happen with us.
I played with many Gensoukyou guys and from what i have seen, theres a lot of really great players here.
All we need to do is slightly better organization-cooperation.
We have people here from various factions. Personaly i dont mind if we will support Liao, Suns, Draconis. I'll go with the flow.
So yes, when community warfare will be added I want to play with you guys as a Merc Corp.

If that is going to be a requirement for making a Corps, we'd have to wait and see if groups are still allowed to launch as friend groups under a lone wolf banner when CW comes out. In a sense lone-but-not-so-lone wolves. That might be a better solution.
I just don't really want for this to become shoehorned into some faction, since then we'd have to shoot each other.

If we do ever end up having to shoot each other, I'll be sure and shoot all of you non-FedSuns in the head. Quick and painless.
No need to thank me. It's the least I could do.

While I do have a liking to House Kurita I don't think it really matters if we pick a particular house does it? I assume the loyalty/rewards are similar, if not the same across the houses. Unless we have individuals who have a particular bond with a house ...

Its not like we must be the best MC ever. We dont need to dedicate ourselfs to game really.
Setting up our small forum is not a bad idea either - just do some polls or organize something like bigger group drop. Ive seen many other corps do that

Of course, the best thing we can do is enjoy the game without having to worry about shooting each other! ^^
( By the way, I have the draconis logo only because I like how it looks, nothing else xD )

My schedule as of late is very random so I may be on at odd times(or normal times pending on your location). I enjoy music, drinking, and Mechs amongst other things. I also rather enjoyed Mr. Hayashi's track so yeah that kinda sold me.
May I join?

About me:
Age: 24
Rating: 10/10
Playing Style: Awesome
Favourite Mech: Not sure yet.
So I don't play very consistently, but I'm definitely not a noob, and I'm tired of playing totally random teams. Let me know if I can join!

At least Steiner, and Davion are good till the Civil-War. I'll probably be Merc/Diamond Shark by then though.
