Man the game went live yesterday at 11pm GMT -8 and the servers crashed expected up tim is in 8 mins... 8pm gmt -8. Only 1 server atm... Logged in for like 10 mins to get my char names and game crashed again haha... So many people wanted waited to play RO2that it crashed the servers of both their game and website lol...

I'm playing on the SEA one at playpark.net for ingame servers there is only one server. They just announced that the game will be released sometime on jan 3rd gmt +8. But will have stress testing from not till then sooo yea

read they wanted to turn them on at 1200 gmt+8 today

ingame name don't know what ever I can get after they wipe the chars for jan 3rd . I'm thinking about cleric dps till 50 then FS. or off tank warrior

Oh yes, there's this V-Sync patch for Touhou that removes all the input lag.

If you haven't used it yet and notice a delay between your keyboard presses and Raymoo actually moving her lazy bum, then use it.

To use, copy vpatch_thXX.dll where XX is the number of the Touhou, vpatch.ini and vpatch.exe into your Touhou directory, and run vpatch.exe instead of the usual exe file, and it'll work.

Most of the vpatch.exe work with the target thXX.exe, so if you're using a version that has both the Japanese and English versions and you want to play in English, rename the Japanese file to thXXj.exe and the English file from thXXe.exe to thXX.exe.

The only exception to this rule is Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. In this case you must rename the exe file to 東方紅魔郷.exe and then run vpatch.exe in Japanese mode.

To run a program in Japanese mode, you need to use an application called Microsoft AppLocale, and set it to Japanese, and it'll work.

But if you're running Windows 7, you'll find you can't install Microsoft AppLocale unless you run the installer in Administrator mode, and since the installer can't be run directly in Administrator mode, you'll need to run cmd.exe in Administrator mode, and launch the installer in DOS.

There's also a patch out there for Embodiment of Scarlet Devil specifically. This not only changes most of the look of the game to a bit more modern one, but it can also optionally add in a hitbox - since EoSD is the only Touhou that doesn't already have one by default. Instructions are in the readme inside the file itself.

Could you PM me the details for the SEA server? I know I didn't even get around to playing PlanetSide, but hey, lots of chances for more fun later on, especially since it seems a lot of our interests overlap!

cut down your need for sleep to 4-5 hrs every 2-3 days and everything will be fine, trust me, i´ve tested this method, u can go on like that for at least 2 weeks like that... ;P

I already sleep about like that sometimes. But, it's hard to keep that up when your job involves getting to work before the sun comes up, and a fair amount of physical labor (not to mention a rather overbearing boss...). Can't do work like that without some good sleep, y'know?

Updated my signature. I was thinking of how to reflect progress in the Mechs while using the least amount of words... and then I realised that there was a lot of spare space to the right of my signature.

So I used the space in the best way I could think of. Admittedly, it has a limit - I can only add 4 more Mechs until my signature actually runs out of space. Tentatively, when the inevitable happens that more than 16 Mechs exist, I'll pick my favourite 16... and arrange 8 on each side of the signature. Until then, they will all be on the right side so that when updating the thing for now I won't have an uneven amount of icons on each side in February.

Nice one! But maan im kinda envious now ^^
though it probably won´t undo the rubberbanding, wich seems only to occur when mechs are bumping into each other for several seconds, smth like that ^.-

was testing yggro2 till just now since i wanted to get a lil bit familiar with gameplay etc.
the female jump animation is just sooo cute xD
