I guess that all U.S. servers will be full of Russian players, and Russians with their persistence and with their time zone will dominate at that servers. (like the EU servers of Lineage 2 )
Biggest prime time of russians is the mornning in the time zone of NA (evening in Russa) That will be a big dissonance
