We have many active divisions in different venues. Some are in competition and others we just play casually. We are a much older gaming group and have been around since 1996. We are more interested in the type of people we play with than the game we are playing.
As you can see we have a recruiting video for the three years we have been actively supporting MWO. Our MWO Division has had as many as 110 pilots but through the development process we have found it is a tough game to keep people interested while they develop the game. Many have grown frustrated and moved on to other games but we have a solid core group. We play together on a daily basis. We have held In-House tournaments among ourselves with prizes and bragging rights as achievements and we have even opened our in-house tournamnets to other clans that we feel support the same gaming standards and attitudes. It is our goal to create the best online gaming experience for our members that we can and above all things.... have fun.
We do not hand out our memberships like cookies at a bake sale. A lot of folks feel they should not have to do testing or go through any process. That is their perogative, but anything worth having should be worth working for. To become a member you have to EARN the right to wear our tags. Corny maybe, but once a person becomes a member here they typically stay for years. If in this experience with the 57th you leave knowing nothing else about his clan, know this:
"In the 57th we are not about the games we play but the people we play with and you have to have fun to make it all worthwhile."
Please take a look at our website at www.57th.net and see if we might be a good fit for you. Read our About Us page, Rules page and if you are interested please fill out an application.
In the meantime, we welcome any that wish to get on teamspeak with us and just play. Drop in anytime for visit on our teamspeak server:
