I actually have some of those action figures. Bushwacker and Hunchback IIc, and maybe several others.

I have both of these as well...somewhere.

Blast panels!

Even though the show had screw-ups, it would nice to have another Battletech series. They should also have more Invading Clans shown other than the Jade Falcon Clan constantly, such as the Ghost Bears, Smoke Jaguars, Steel Vipers and the Wolves (even though they appeared in one episode). And the seasons should start between the Clan Invasion through the inception of the FedCom Civil War though.

Something like this:

Season 1: Revelations
Explains the aftermath about the Sommerset Strikers and the fate of Star Colonel Nikolai Malthus.

Season 2:The Real Invasion Begins
Resumes the Clan Invasion with Adam Steiner as the main character.

Season 3: Broken Unity
Introduces Katherine Steiner-Davion and her plans to create the Lyran Alliance.

With seasons like those, it can make good a comeback someday.

Era Report 3052 has some info on what really happend, it notes that Adam Steiner was mostly facing 2nd line units when he moved beyond the front lines into the Jade Falcon OZ.

It would probably have confused the hell out of him to face a freeborn after he figured out what a trueborn is.

So much wasted story potential. :)

I'm surprised that the series manages to accurately cover the lore pretty well. The only major descrepancies is that Nicholas Kerensky founded the Clans, not his father, and Summoners do not look like the ones in the show. Also, why is everyone wearing torn tattered clothing, and why do clan grooming regulations encourage 80's punk mohawks?

There are way more problems then that, I think that I'll review the animated series some time in the future to give my own opinions and point out the mistakes.

tbh i love this show, it just gives me a huge sense of nostalgia the 3d bits are great. I grew up with spider-man 96 so im familiar with 90's cg but that gives it a personality imo

Because it is a mid-90s cartoon based on a game from the 80s. Mr. T made mowhawks cool in the 80s.
