What downside should MASC have?

  1. MASC should have an increasing chance to completely cripple the 'mech. (29 votes [21.80%])

  2. MASC should have a chance to damage the 'mech legs / internals, but not destroy it. (41 votes [30.83%])

  3. MASC should have a chance of knocking the 'mech down and doing damage, but nothing serious. (16 votes [12.03%])

i voted heat build up, BUT with one important caveat, it absolutely MUST be an exponential build up like flamer heat so mechs with lots of heat sinks don't just get to run forever.

The UAC5 chance based jamming mechanic is back enough as it is. Chance should not be a part of a competitive game. Instead I would rather see heat generated and leg damage over time while activated.

It has elements of chance, but it is not based on chance.
