So, apparently this little village in Italy has been having a dispute with a neighboring town. The village in question (Falciano del Massico) has no cemetery. The nearby town that does have one is unwilling to inter any more outsiders. Massico's mayor decided that the best way to deal with this problem is to outlaw death. Seriously. I'm sorry to say that the article didn't mention the penalty for disobeying, but two villagers have broken the law so far...
