cant play beta! I bought game for 60$

i just pre ordered game and cant play beta. my status is pending and there is no information about my pre ordered game. wtf? where i smy money =)

Also... you didn't "pre-order" the game since it's a Free to Play game... what you spent money on was in-game extras that will give you a head-start once you start playing...

Now... I take it you just bought a Founders Pack (Elite I imagine)... takes a little bit to process sometimes... give it a while, be patient... if after say an hour or two, nothing shows up then submit a ticket to support@mwomercs.com
