I've got a newbie question: Once created can the pilot name be changed? Not that I need to change it on this account, but my kids tend to change their mind about such things and are setting up accounts now.

Historically, the answer has been no. There was some name changing early on last year when some of the capitalization was messed up but those were changed on a case by case basis. Unless an admin says otherwise, Im pretty sure name changes are not allowed.

Just create a new account.

You get the name you want and PGI gets to inflate their subscriber numbers.
