Quick thought. When you have a striped leg that is down to just it internal integrity and that leg steps in to water. Will that make you shut dawn?

only if it is an ICE engine and you have the air intake in the crotch or lower.

Per table-top rules, it will not shut down the 'mech, no. However, it will disable the leg completely (freezing all the actuators) as the electronics in the location short out. That could then make you fall over, and if you have breached armor in the center torso you will shut down (or in either side torso with an IS XL engine).

i hope that the mech's are this detailed because if this happened to me i would just laughf at the warning's blaring across my screen!
