Who we are:
Every battle has two sides; Strategy, and Tactics. A commander usually fulfills the role of the strategist, the bigger picture. The thinking in Zero is to collectively become the Strategist.
Anyone's plan will work as long as its good.
Zero will have a decentralized leadership model.
You will always feel like your team is executing the best plan possible; as you will be an equal part of the decision making at all times. (Even if the group does not go with your plan at least they are going with a plan that the most people are confident with).
We do not have ranks. That does not mean we do not have any structure or roles. We do need people to facilitate the group. Example is I act as website editor. Yet this power can be appointed to others. Everything about Zero is fluid. In Zero anyone can apply in areas in which they think they can help.
You will know how to use your teammates well. And they will know how to use you.
We're in this together. Zero is where to start.
Expectation:
Casual players are fine, and voice tools are not needed to get in. Competitive or Semi Competitive players may find us a bit small, yet I have no doubt that should we develop we will definitely want to play the competitive scene(why not?). The main point is you are interested in enabling a spirit and sense of group empowered teamplay, and we'll see how that evolves.
