Yes, it will work.
You just have to look at how many amps you get out of one of the PSU's 12v rails and if it has the correct power connector for the vid card (6-pin PCI-E). That PSU is rated for 16 amps on each of two rails and has two PCI-E connectors.
It obviously aims to accomodate a dual video card setup, if need be so you're golden.
A good 500 Watt power supply is enough to power any video card I've seen thus far. As long as you're not trying to power a dozen extra peripherals through that PSU on your computer, it'll be just fine.
That said, I tend to spend a bit more and get an Antec 520W or so. Rosewill's are so-so, but if you're tight on money they'll do.
