The recent videos I have seen of MWO do not show a compass in the cockpit view. I am hoping that there is going to be some navigational aids so that teams can coordinate attacks other than just playing follow the leader.

in this video right at the start there is a bar about 1/3 down that is the compass. The red caret is the targeted mech the blue is a friendly, and the yellow are the torso vs the legs.
