What happens when your Mech is enevitably destroyed? Will you have to spend C-Bills to buy an entirely new one? Will you only have to pay for repairs?

Per the Dev Blog, your techs will always be able to restore a 'mech to minimal functionality... in other words, you won't ever completely lose a 'mech. It will cost you C-Bills to repair beyond that minimal level, however.

There is NO true death! A mech can never be totally destroyed. It can be reduced to a pile of slag but you CAN repair it. You can even go in to battle with only partial repairs.

The end. (closed)
