I think Light 'Mechs are pretty well covered; I would definitely add the Vindicator and the Dervish as to round out the Medium class, Marauder to the Heavy class, and the Highlander for the Assault class.

The Mad Cat III, Vulture, Jupiter, and I know its not a mech' but it would be awesome to see some Demon tanks or M1 Marksman tanks, maybe even Elemental Power Armor.

I know not all of these fit with the timeline (yet) but my four wold be:

Wolfhound (Production year 3028)
Bushwacker (Production year 3053)
Men Shen (Production year 3060)
Razorback (Production year 3063)

Not because they would add so much to the game, but rather because they are my favorite mechs ^^
