I remember the Cougar being a fast and versatile mech with quite a good resistance , and since light mechs are being added(latest , the Flea) , why not to make this one the next in the row

And the real Cougar isn't fast. Its a clumsy light mech with paper thin armor.
However what do you expect of Clan Jadefalcon?

I want a Jenner IIC so I can run circles around inner sphere jenners with my SRM swarm...or an Adder so I can blow up and die after I shoot twice with our heat system =D

Yeah the Cougar was introduced in 3058 so its unlikely we will see it anytime soon (given we are going by a 'real time' progression along the battletech timeline).

Unfortunately the cougar you know, is the mw4 cougar and it would perform alot differently in MWO given how we handle engines, the cougars stock speed is 86kph and it only had five and a half tons of FF armor. WIth the clan invasion approaching you are more likely to see the mech the cougar was based off of: The Adder




Which did 97kph, has six tons of FF armor and its Prime configuration had two er ppcs and a flamer.

You are really in the dark here, the Dire Wolf/Daishi is vastly superior to any Atlas.

lol and excuse me that glitch on Atlas and Daishi ... I did not use a Daishi in years , so I do not remember how much powerful it is xD . It seemed as powerful as the Atlas to me in the old mechwarrior 4.
