Awesome rolling with everyone last night after a few weeks away. Loved seeing so many Devil Dogs on that we were able to keep our CW group rolling strong drop after drop.

The Devil Dogs again served with distinction in the second Battle of Tukayyid. We earned 15th place among all the Clan Wolf teams with just a few of us playing, which makes me very proud! The Devil Dogs are alive, well, and continue to deliver souls for judgment daily.

You obviously haven't read our description. You know, the first post in this thread. It explains we are mercs with clan origins and traditions. I'd move our recruitment thread from faction to faction as we move, but working with the moderators every week to do so would be a pain in the butt to both the mods and myself. Given that I have never heard of you, I don't even know what your beef is with us being mercenaries - or whatever it is - I'm honored that you wasted your first post ever to the MWO forums to make yourself look silly!

The Devil Dogs serve a higher purpose above politics and loyalty to nation states. We collect souls for delivery to ferryman.

Though, we DO have friends. The Steiner Hub and Clan Wolf International have always been good to us, and we return the favor. Our loyalty is not to a fictional flag, it's to the people - you know, the players - that have shown us they are worthy of our respect. In the end, years from now, when we look back on this game we won't be saying: Liao, f--- yeah, bro! Or, I was a lone wolf to the bone! No, we'll be saying: hey, remember that guy? He was a riot. Or, remember that event where we all got together and had a good time? Yeah, those were great times. Good people. Good friends. Memories worth creating. And THAT is what is at the core of the Devil Dogs. The PEOPLE matter more than the fiction. The "inner sphere" is simply our playground.

Glad to have your permission, Naglinator. That I didn't was keeping me awake at nights. And as far as mercenary vs. loyalist, in the game, the way it is currently set up, there is no difference. The reason the post is here is because I'm looking for free spirited trueborn warriors. I'm more likely to find the people I'm looking for here than I am in one of the inner sphere threads. And lore wise, we don't consider ourselves mercs as we are not loyal to flags OR money. We are our own kind of monster. We are more akin to crusader vigil-antis. Never-the-less, we remain clan traditionalists. It would be inappropriate to list us anywhere outside the clan forums. We have our own remembrance, and carry on the traditions of Kerensky, and remain tied to our blood houses, those who are trueborn. We are not dezgra any more than the wardens or crusader factions are. Interpretations of Kerensky's vision takes many forms.
