well I have the dragon in the mechlab and can't figure out how to group my weapons. Anyone have an insight to this issue? or the mech lab not functional yet?

Setting weapon groups can only be done once the count down timer is finished in a battle currently...

Mech Lab grouping is planned tho'...

You don't group weapons in the mech lab. St them in-game after the match has started.

If you are using Trial Mechs(four free mechs given to you to use at the start) you cannot use the Mechlab. Earn enough C-bills to buy your own mech to use the Mechlab & Pilot lab.

i think they went about this all wrong, don't get me wrong i love the game in fact this is my only problem, they should have made the mech lab weapon grouping up and running first. Seriously, does anyone use weapon grouping in combat??

I hope they do fix weapon groupings being setup in the Mechlab. Some people in the past thought I was AFK while I was really setting up my weapon groups.

I'm sure you'll get a minute or two to set up your groups when a match starts. This is what most of us do. Then we test them out by firing into the back of whoever got dropped in front of us.

My only whine on being a new player. Even real life has a practice ground. All I need is a gymnasium with targets. Simulated combat room to warm up my fire groupings, setting up chain fire etc.

Right now its all trial by fire and I keep feeling like I am letting my pug teams down.
