anyone else find the mwo website to be extremly slow?

It Gets a bit frustrating at times, the MWO website is basically the slowest website by far that I use at the moment

I click on a link, and it takes around 30 seconds for the website to even reply and then start loading
sometimes I just cant be bothered with it and just end up going somewhere else

I use Chrome, and have a 100m connection, so I am used to things being pretty quick, I also use a SSD, I guess I could be called impatient, but at the moment using the MWO website is like going back to dialup

Its not ultra important, but I intend to be around here for a while, so It would be nice if the mwo website was a bit of a nicer, faster, smoother experience, I am not getting any younger and my time is precious

i totaly agree. And if you are looking for samething, it can be realy stressing, to find what you need and that take langer then it has to.

I think there may be some back end issues. The site was completely down for me from 7:45 AM EDT until about 11:30

I noticed the same thing.
It takes a long time to load a page, and when posting something it takes even longer making you wonder if the server crashed.
Sometimes is so bad my browser tells me that it cannot connect to the server, as if there was some timeout or the server went down.

I just created my account and I had to repost the form data about 3 times. They definitely need to work on the website backend. I'm sure most of their server power is dedicated to the beta at this point, but it really makes me worry about when the game goes live. I signed up for Hawken without any problems at all.
