I have little to no knowledge about Clan lore but, I'd have to say I'm liking Clan Ghost Bear and Clan Wolf. Mainly because they seem more noble out of the bunch. I should read up on the novels and get some sort of idea of how Clans even tick. :D

(Off the poll, I like Clan Star Adder too.) :)

So after the final exams and projects and work slows down, imma start back on my reading. Thinking about skipping ahead to the Stackpole book of the invasion, maybe reading on how each Clan handles the invasion will sway my vote.
Have to admit, Clan Ghost Bear is looking pretty good with that Kodiak. 400 xl engine, jump jets, and can level just about anything in a brawl. *drool*

Clan Ghost Bear... Family is everything!! fight by them... die by them... but preferably jump on smaller mech's with a big Kodiak (my little bro and I call them drop-bears)

The Ghost Bears just because of what the future holds for them. In my opinion they probably have the best situation over the next 20 years. And other than that I just love everything about them.

The clans are the decendants of Kerensky..The one who brought order to chaos...the freebirth are genteticly inferior rabble with outdated technology...They serve better as bondsman then warriors.

Jade Falcons all the way, I was in love with them ever since I saw them in the Battletech animated series!

Star colonel Kristen Redman was a warrior through and through ....loved Nikoli though.
Was an awsome series ...right down to the dodgy sweatshop animation, a classic.

Where's the "None, the Clans are a hive-like caricature of a real culture which have only held together through isolationism and keeping their underclasses firmly under their jackbooted heel" button?

Also, judging by some guy's signature, they're too dumb to handle poetry.

"With Falcon sight we choose our foes.
On Falcon wings we harry them.
With Falcon claws we smite our foes.
And with Falcon tenacity we win."

Also sorry, anything after 3067 just is not canon...

Why? I know most of the storyline up until the battle of tukayid but not much beyond.

Nova Cat....primarily because of their featured use of the most combat ready looking mech in the lore...the ShadowCat.

Ghost Bear a close 2nd because of many years of personal lore in prior games as GDL_Fox who started as a Ghost Bear maintenance technician but defected after loosing her mech warrior husband to give their freeborn son a fair shake.

Remember Franklin Osis,
Father of the Clan.
Three strengths he gave us;
The Jaguar's spring that brings the enemy down,
The Jaguar's claws that rend the enemy's heart,
The Jaguar's taste of the enemy's hot blood.

Smoke Jaguars!!!

Ghost Bear first, great totem, best MW2 campaign, then Wolf, and even though they're not on the list, and want to kick the crap out of the first mentioned, Hell's Horses, because they make some great tech, and seriously, the totem animal is insane.
