Then with all due respect, why are you in the clan section posting on a poll which asks which clan you would join? Seems counter intuitive.

While battling for the possession of the planet Benjamin, the Ghost Bear forces came up against the Kell Hounds Mercenary Unit. The Ghost Bears stood in awe at the vast array of BattleMechs lined against them. The sheer number of Kell Hound Mechs made victory seem impossible. As the battle continued, the Ghost Bears managed to, drop after drop, come out not only victorious, but also unscathed. All members of the Team were experiencing the "Zen" of the moment. When the dust had settled, and the battle for the Planet was done, the Kell Hound Commander entered the Ghost Bear Chat Channel and uttered a phrase that will never be forgotten: "You have destroyed my entire Unit. Well done Ghost Bears."

I am posting the following information for those that may be reading this thread and do not know anything about the Clans.

In the initial 4 waves of the Clan Invasion there were only 4 clans. Three are of the Crusader mindset ( Clan Jade Falcon and Clan Smoke Jaguar and Clan Ghost Bear ). One is of the Warden mindset ( Clan Wolf ).


Crusader Clans were a political alliance of Clans who believed that Aleksandr Kerensky's Hidden Hope Doctrine espoused the descendants of the Star League in Exile returning to the Inner Sphere to conquer it and, thus, save it from itself. Though members have changed over the years, Clan Jade Falcon led the bloc along with the traditionally Crusader Hell's Horses, Star Adders, Smoke Jaguars, Ice Hellions and Blood Spirits. The majority of Clan Fire Mandrill's Kindraa are Crusader, so that Clan usually is as well, while Clan Wolf became a Crusader Clan after it was reborn following the Refusal War.

Warden Clans were a political alliance of Clans who believed that Aleksandr Kerensky's Hidden Hope doctrine espoused the belief that the descendants of the Star League-in-exile should protect the Inner Sphere from any external threats. Though members have changed over the years, Clan Wolf led the bloc along with the traditionally Warden Clan Coyote, Clan Cloud Cobra, Clan Snow Raven, and Clan Goliath Scorpion. Clan Wolf became a Crusader Clan after it was reborn following the Refusal War, while the Ghost Bears officially became Wardens after the Battle of Tukayyid (though they did not announce this to their fellow Clans until the eve of the Great Refusal)

Two Clans were on stand by. They were brought in after the break and inclde in Waves 4, 5 & the Battle for Tukayyid ( Clan Nova Cats and Clan Steel Viper ).

If I played a clanner it would be either Ghost Bear or Jade Falcon.

Jade Falcon because they are vicious and don't take any prisoners.
I have always preferred the ruthless elements of the clans, for example first group to use orbital bombardment on a planet and tended to not take prisoners.

The Jade Falcons are not all that bad actually, they do take Bondsmen.

I voted Smoke Jaguars, because when I was younger I fell in love with the clan. The power, the ferocity, the dedication for victory... I was crushed when they were destroyed.
I re-evaluated what I liked about the clans, what they all stood for, and had a change of heart that made siding with the Ghost Bears a no-brainer. Now it's no question which Clan I'd choose to identify with. But when the time came for the invasion, I was irrevocably a Jaguar.

you dont have none as a choice? FOR SHAME! but i really hate invading clans to be honest... if i had a choice id play hells horses as a crusader love how they dont frown upon combined arms tactics as much as other clans, as a warden i like the coyotes approach to battles

I was in a Clan Fire Mandrill in NBT4. i think i want to hit Clan Nova Cat. That shadow Cat is my favorite mech. And i like how they changed from crusaders to being a Star League Clan later.
