Which invading Clan would you join?


Do I really need to say

Also Steel Viper and Nova Cats, are not "true" invading Clans, they are runner ups

Yeah I have this deep feeling that the Steel Vipers, Nova Cats, and Smoke Jaguars will get certain benefits (SJ survivors being playable in the Periphery post Bulldog/Serpent via a payment method or something similar for example) simply because so few people will join them. Basically its the whole "canon" thing that is driving the hordes of players to the "popular" clans hence the easy to see gameplay imbalance that the devs must be obviously seeing here. (aka "LOL easy wins via canon route")

Regardless, I think its inevitable that canon and gameplay have to make compromises in the middle somewhere in order to keep the game fun and enjoyable for all. After all, I seriously doubt that the devs would reject paying Jaguar, Viper, or Cat players (aka customers) completely. Eh, who knows.....

Money > Gameplay> Canon

Having served with five of the six clans in various incarnations, it has always been a tough choice for me. I won't say Wolves, because they're a pretty common default choice. I tend to lean towards Jade Falcons or Smoke Jaguars because of how much contact I've had with these two clans. In the end, I'm gonna say Falcons. They've earned my respect multiple times, survived some of the worst crises of any clan, and demonstrated both tenacity and the ability to adapt without losing their identity.

Thats rough. Was always a big wolf suporter but when the steel viper source book came out..... I realy like their mech designs and philosophy. And then Wolf went though all that drama. Overall, I love wolf, but I think I would have to go Viper.
And I like being not so mainstream.

I do know that I have a burning hatred for the Jade Falcons...........

I'll be sticking with the IS but if I did have to chose one I would back Steel Viper. I was with Steel Viper back in the days of Mech Commander and still remember the esprit de corps from its membership.

I must abstain from voting.....

Because the only Clan I would join would be whichever one proved good enough to knock me out of my Warhammer. The Wolves, Jade Peacocks and Smog Kittens never managed it.... so why should I expect any of the others to prove worthy?
