I've recently ran into this bug twice.

Steps:

1. Convert Mech XP to GXP via MC.
2. Go to the pilot skill tree and attempt to unlock a pilot skill.
3. Fail because a skill that showed 1/2, 0/1, 0/2 now shows 2/2 even though you've made no actual skill purchase.


Client restart appears to fix the issue. Couldn't find this topic elsewhere so I figured I'd post it.
