Sooo... Has anyone noticed that if you took all of the ammunition out of a catapult and stacked it next to the mech, you'd have a pile of missiles as big as the mech itself?
Just sayin'

Yep, I am waiting on the 25th anniversary edition to turn up, then I am going to make quite a lengthy discussion on this, as it has been on my mind for a couple of weeks now

The same place that immortals keep their sword in the Highlander tv series. With the propman off screen.

Its Called Time lord tek. ( Blue police box.)
loosely based on the ability of a woman's purse to hold more mass inside than is on the out side.

I was thinking of some sort of super matter condenser thingy that shrinks the ammo until it fires. Mentioning reloads, its also interesting that the catapult can reload all 30 missile tubes in under ten seconds.

This comes up with almost every game in existence though. I think more about the weight of the ammo that's supposedly being carried, and how it rarely hinders speed or agility

and since weight dictates speed, why don't mechs get faster once they have spent their ammo?

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to notice this...

Going by how they mentioned that when they overloaded their Catapult in playtesting it couldn't lift itself off the ground with jumpjets...
This is not going to be a problem for MW:O.

I thought they were very efficiently stacked... and possibly smaller than one might expect?
