The tech level will probably be between the two as much of the tech that will be availbe in 3050 has been undergoing testing and developmnet for years. I do not expect it to be widely available as the game begins but to be in place for gradual introduction. Check out the 3039 TRO.

Sorry, I should have said "Lay it bare" since the 3025 Rifleman has 15 armor points on its arm, and the clan ER PPC does 15 points damage.
