I am Jesper, I do have excelent experience in mech battle, but I am not sure I can say the same about knowledge. I love the Mech Universe but I don't know much about its history and legacy.

I recently thought about joining the clans but I can't decide yet. Please help me make my mind by suggesting a good clan. Sorry but I am not looking after chinese or japenese Clans.

You can always go to sarna.net to find out anything you want. The guys you'll be playing as are Houses, and you will fight against the Clans.

Thanks a lot, I didnt know they were our enemies, I did check that earlier before making this, but still couldnt change my mind.

But wait... Isnt this player vs player online game? I mean if everyone is within a faction, that means that we will fight bots?

I disagree, at first it is mercs and houses fighting other houses and mercs. When the Clans come, players will be able to play as Clans. Frees them from needing complicated AI, as Clan pilots on average are superior pilots to Inner Sphere pilots.

When you say clans - do you mean player run guilds/units - or the actual IN GAME Clans.

and it is IN GAME Clans

Warriors of Kerensky are always capital C for Clans.

All the Clans have a bit of history and lore behind them, you'll have to find out which one is the best for you.

It depends on what kind of Clan are you looking for, do you like a strict rule structure, loosely constructed rules.

I would put you with house Kurita rather than a clan. While many of the clans have a honor code by which they live , none of them are really asian per say. At best I would put them more in line with the scadinavian clans of old.
