I dont know how other people feel but the repair costs are way too high now.

Most rounds I'm the last to go but I'm losing money nearly every round because:
1. Team balance puts 4 LRMs on one team and none on the other on an open map.
2. City map with 4 atlases on one team and none on the other.
2. At start of round the teams are off balace by absent players or afk's

At the start of the round we should be able to see which mechs are on which team, and choose to select a different mech if we have one, or the team balance should be even.

Or just reduce the repair bil, so a loss simply nets a low or nil benefit.

How can you even loose money?

Do you have the mech equipped with FF armor, ES structure, XL engine, double heatsinks and some ammo hungry/ expensive weapons?

Loading your mech with expensive stuff like FF/Endo/DHS is meant to be expensive. Stop thinking that by having all these you mech will be far superior and have zero cost.

Point taken. I loaded the new armor. Cost to replace just the armor is nrealy 50% more than the credits in a loss. Returned armor to normal.

But the point still stands about large losses in a pretty much unwinable match.

Well weapons they can't really balance that out between which mech has which.

The seeing what mechs are in match before choosing teams would not work if they wanted to stick to lore or even real battlefield scenarios since even with really good intelligence you still won't know 100% what the enemy has.So no problems in my mind.

AFK/absent players well that's the players fault not PGIs

Atlas in the city problems? Kick em in the rear an' round the corner you go.. It helps to have a friend or two however the kick and run may be repeated alone.

If both teams look at the oppositions choice of Mech and then are allowed an opportunity of change, you will end up in the same mixed boat of unsureness.. will you not? That or the two teams Mech load outs will flicker around like two OCD ADHD kids cards at a Yo-ge-Oh competition until the match launches mid Mech Roulette..
