Ive heard and read news about MWO going to open beta on the 29th of October, but have not found much information on this site, strange as i thought their would be more available.
Any Clarification you could give me would be appreciated.

if you mean what time tomorrow, i have no idea. my guess would be mid afternoon because that's when PGI seems to do most things

Servers will go down between 9AM - 10AM PT and will come back up between 12PM-1PM PT
I would take that as pretty much what time to expect...
