Hello Devs,

Im having a monumentally annoying issue happening every single time I play the game.

I will choose my mech, hit "play now" and searching will appear for about 30 seconds.
Then the screen goes black, and switches to full screen.
It remains black for up to 30 seconds, then drops me back into the main menu.
My chosen mech is now stuck IN GAME for 20+ minutes.
Every following mech choice will do the same until I restart the client.
I can still spend MC/cBills and change loadout/camo/cockpit/xp

Can you please implement some form of check that takes your mech OUT of the game should you have been disconnected before the game actually starts. Losing your favorite and costly mech for half an hour at a time for a stupid drop-out bug is driving me god dam bonkers!

On average, this happens to me about 5-10 times per 3-4 hour play session

Well... assuming your files are all correct (use the MWO Repair Tool to verify first)... there are some odd networking issues.. so if your connection to the servers has lots of jitter or packet loss, that would cause it to happen.

Perhaps, I am playing over 4G. but I dont lose connection to the server, as I can still do purchases etc.

I really just want them to implement some form of check that prevents your mechs from being locked out for half an hour because of a dropout

Oh.. wireless.

Any major packet loss from that would certainly get you screwed in no time, especially with the compression that they are using...
