It's been nearly 10 years since I last piloted a battlemech, and I'm afraid these machines aren't quite like riding a bicycle.
I've obtained and installed MW4 (with the expansions) with the idea of training my hands and feet to control mech' again.
It seems like I'm not the first to use my Logitech HOTAS for MW4 because I got a basic profile for the game automatically it seems.. but the simulator does not seem to want to recognize the throttle (pedals and stick are fine). Can anyone direct me to a website where folks are discussing playing MW4 with modern equipment? That failing, can anyone give me any clues how to get my throttle to work properly with MW4?
Sorry if this is too off topic, I looked at all the forums here on this site and none seemed quite right for this post.
Thanks all!

practicing for MWO via MW4?

Thanks for that link. An internet friend had mentioned that to me. I guess I'll have to download it =)

A great place to start would be at Mektek.net.

You think it's off-topic but the 'off-topic' forums didn't seam appropriate for it?
Try mektek.net's MW4 tech support forums.

It's only semi off topic, off topic forum is mostly for talking about things not related to MW at all, mostly not even gaming related.
I had taken a look at MekTek and got the impression it was a mostly dead website, I'll have to take a closer look
(edit: found somewhat recent activity thanks)
