Come on, you know you want that MRM-30 goodness showered all over that sleek, armored frame.

For a traditional battlemech the Urban has a different enough variant list to be comparable to an Omni. And, mostly shoots the arguments that extreme refits of existing mechs don't work.

No.. no.. that would just be silly!

Urbanmech and Devastator saved Helms Deep, duh.

Urbanmech, Devastator and Archer all helped Comando take the one true BAP back to Mordor to destroy it in the fires it was forged in. Man.. noobs dont know anything about battletech...

The only radical Urbie was the one that fitted Arrow IVs (10 reloads, an Arrow IV catapult only has 5 reloads !!!) and the MRM30 variant.

Of course there is a scout version with a snub nose PPC...

Nope. I am 99% sure all the starting mechs will be from 3025 Technical Readout.
I think also that when release date will be near, they will start showing us Reseen mechs, with wonderful new graphics, just to let us drool in puddles. They will ask a lot of money to buy Unseen and we'll pay happily for them. Me too. Waiting for my Marauder!!!

My idea is: we have 25 and 35 lights. Doubt we'll see any 20 ton feathewight, so I expect 30 ton one for next. Most realistic variants: Javelin or Valkyre (but I personally hope for Raven)
Then, we have two 50 ton mediums. Maybe it's coincedence, or (I hope) we'll get 4 mediums and 2 assaults instead 3 meds and 3 assaults. So it should be 40, 45 or 55 ton mechs. Most known are
55 ton: Griffin or Shadowhawk
45 ton: Vindicator or Blackjack
40 ton: Whitworth or Assassin
Then heavy. we have 60 and 65, so next one will be 70 or 75
70 ton: Caesar or Cataphract (but I hope for Archer or Warhammer, but both are unseens)
75 ton: Black Knight or Orion (Marauder, marauder!!! bah...)
And last: assault class. if we ever get 3rd assault it will be something 85-95 ton: Stalker, Highlander, Emperor or Banshee.

Ahem, Grasshopper. Actually, since Grasshopper wasn't in the Facebook poll with the other 3025/3050 TRO IS 70 tons that more or less confirms it has been chosen already.

Yeah, Grasshopper too.

Btw I've noticed, that mechs which already have revealed sketches from Alex not come to real concepts. Sadly, but if it's right, we'll not see Vindicator, Witworth, both Crabs, Marader and Stalker

Lets not forget that it's super structure has proven itself to be able to withstand the recoil from an AC/20.

So, to list it off. It's subsystems can handle the energy demand of a PPC, it's structure able to fully support an AC/20, it has the room for the reloading system of an MRM 30. The only thing in question is if it would be able to handle a mounted Guass Rifle, though fitting that would be a trick.
