To be honest the new player hating ****** me off. We are all new players at some point (whether in this or any other game) and need to learn how to play the game. For MWO as there are no tutorials in-game they can only by failure and asking experienced players. And in the past I've come across noobs that have turned out to be awesome players after only a quick run through.
One of the girls in our guild/corp/community had never played a MW game in her life. Got into closed beta after 3 games on her own and 1 with myself and another member, it all clicked for her. On the 5th game she wiped out half the other team and had kill assists on the others in her trail mech.
Don't fear the newbie, embrace them teach them - after all they could be a gem and be a great pilot and a real help.
Other than that feel free to add, or if anyone is looking for a home please take a look at The High Guard (link to site below)
