It is my intention, however misguided, to try to help anyone who asks (nicely). I will not tolerate 20 questions during the drop, however. I will ask the noob to look me up after the match and we can chat about how to not get killed in the first 2 minutes... next time.

We all started with knowing nothing about Battletech. And in your posts you are saying that EVERY person who is joinen the beta now is a complete noob, never played any game like this and there are no BT veterans left that got no access to the closed beta.
You wanna tell me that you feel superior cause you played Battletech before ?
What a narrow look into the universe and the gaming world at all. Thats almost harasm.

One of my old BT Buddies signed in for the closed beta and didn't get access. So he is a noob too ? Doubt that.

You know that some of those new players are spending money on the game we play? And without that money this game can't exist and be improved any further? Or do you all want to donate 10-15 bucks every month to play this game ?


Sure, there will be a lot stupid questions and actions at the beginning but its always better to have a larger pool of players then just the few thousand we are right now?

I won't join that action and i am happy that the most (hopefully all) part of my unit are doing the same.

ok all kidding aside we all want this game to work and be around for a very long time. the way to do that is to teach the newbies how to play the game and teach them that this is a team game no matter how good they think they are.
